Josh Completed the maintenance and cleaning of our HVAC system on 07/09/2026. Josh does such great work, hes very thorough and takes time to review his findings. We were happy with the work, and are glad we have a maintenance plan with the company for ongoing follow up.

Dakota did a wonderful job in bringing our AC back to work. We are very pleased to see his dedication and customer obsession in going and extra mile in fixing most complex issue. He did a thorough job in detecting the issue, reset the pipeline, cleared the system. I will recommend him any day if quality matters.

Dan and his crew at Puget Heating installed a new HVAC system in one of our clinic locations. From start to finish they were professional, timely in getting everything ordered and installed for our new HVAC system and did it all with great communication and integrity. These guys are amazing!!! We had an issue that was ongoing with our heater and had several other tech technicians from different companies out to take a look. The previous company actually let us know that we were several pounds of pressure with our coolant too heavy so they took it out when in reality it was spot on. Nobody else could figure out the problem and Puget sound heating came through and not only diagnosed, but then came back with a very reasonable price to recharge the system, as well as clean it and service it. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!!!!
